How to Place an Order

 

Orders may be placed through our website for in-store pick-up or scheduled delivery.

You may also send your purchase request to info@bizasiatrading.com. Our team will acknowledge and process your order accordingly.

 


 

Order Processing & Lead Time

 

Order preparation timelines depend on item availability:

  • Available items: 2–3 working days

  • Order basis items: 5–7 working days

  • Special order items: 30–45 days (subject to supplier confirmation)

  • Xiaomi products: 3–5 working days (subject to availability)

 

Cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM.


Delivery lead time for provincial areas is approximately 7–14 working days, depending on location and courier schedule.


For urgent requirements, third-party courier arrangements may be facilitated at the buyer’s expense.
